By using PartyBrawls you agree to these terms. They're short.

Play nice

• Don't use nicknames or answers to harass, threaten or target anyone.
• Don't share other people's private information.
• Don't try to break, overload or get around the limits of the service, or read data that isn't meant for you.

Hosts can remove players from their room. We may block access for anyone who misuses the service.

Your content

Nicknames and answers you type are shown to the other players in your room and deleted when the room expires. You're responsible for what you type.

The service

PartyBrawls is free and provided "as is". We work to keep it running, but we can't promise it will always be available or free of errors, and we may change or discontinue features. To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect or incidental damages from using it.

Changes

We may update these terms. If we make a significant change, we'll update the date at the top of this page.
