Short version: no accounts, no cookies, and your game is deleted within hours.

What we collect while you play

• The nickname you type. Shown to the other players in your room.
• Your answers, flags and votes. Hidden from other players until the reveal, then shown to everyone in the room.
• A random player token saved in your browser, so you can rejoin your room after a refresh. It doesn't identify you.

Rooms and everything in them are deleted automatically 2 minutes after the last player leaves, and no later than 4 hours after the room was created.

Technical data

Our hosting provider, Cloudflare, processes your IP address to deliver the site and to rate-limit room creation and joining so the service can't be abused. We keep anonymous game event logs (for example "a game started with 5 players") to see how the game is used. These logs don't contain names or answers.

We may use Cloudflare Web Analytics to count visits. It doesn't use cookies and doesn't track you across sites.

Advertising

We show ads from Google AdSense on our content pages, such as the homepage, game pages and guides. Ads never appear during a game. Google and its partners use cookies and similar technologies to show ads based on your visits to this and other websites, and to measure how ads perform. You can learn how Google uses this information at policies.google.com/technologies/partner-sites, and turn off personalized ads at adssettings.google.com.

If you're in the European Economic Area, the UK or Switzerland, you'll be asked for consent before any advertising cookies are used, and you can change your choice at any time.

Children

PartyBrawls is not directed at children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect information from them.

Your choices

Don't put personal information in your nickname or answers. You can clear the saved player token by clearing this site's data in your browser.
